Returns / Right of Withdrawal

Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No worries — you can make use of your right of withdrawal.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. After cancellation, you then have another 14 days to return the product to us.
You can notify us of your return by sending an email or by filling out the return form.

Once we have received your return, we will refund the full order amount to your account. Please note that it may take 4 to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.

Return shipping costs from your address to our studio in Gorinchem are at your own expense.
Please note: returns are sent at your own risk. We recommend using registered shipping, so your parcel is insured and traceable.

Exception: Custom Orders

The right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to order or customised to your specific measurements.
However, we’re happy to discuss adjustments or exchanges where possible — please contact us to explore the options.
